Lulu Retail sources products from suppliers in 85 countries, including 19 countries where the Group has a sourcing office. The Company’s suppliers include producers, as well as major regional and international (non-GCC) suppliers and distributors.

As of 31st March 2024, approximately 82% were domestic (GCC) purchases, and approximately 18% were international purchases (direct imports and imports from sourcing centres).

Y International works on collaborative relationships with brands and specializes in both the import and export of consumer goods for Lulu Retail’s operations across the GCC. Besides quality sourcing and distribution, it handles the repackaging of products in accordance with the requirements of each country.

Y International offers export solutions including labelling, due diligence, and date coding of products, in addition to customs documentation and transportation - making the process easy and hassle free.
