Lulu Opens New Hypermarket in Sharjah

Sharjah: Lulu has further strengthened its retail footprint in the UAE with the opening of a new hypermarket at Al Wahda Street, Kalba, Sharjah expanding its retail presence to city outskirts.

The new hypermarket was officially inaugurated by Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Mazrouei, Director of Kalba Munciplaity in the presence of Amna Al Zaabi, Head of Economic Department, Kalba, Sharjah; Ibrahim Suliman Al Sharfa, Deputy Head of Kalba branch, Economic Development Department; Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group, and other dignitaries.

This is Lulu’s 122nd store in the UAE. “ The new hypermarket reflects Lulu’s focus on strengthening community-based retail while delivering quality, value and convenience to customers.” said Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group.

Spanning 43,000 square feet, the new hypermarket offers a comprehensive product range including fresh food, groceries, bakery, fashion, household products and electronics. The store features modern retail infrastructure, including self-checkout facilities, and ample parking facilities. Inaugural offers are also ensured for the customers.

Also present on the occasion were Saifee Rupawala, CEO  of Lulu; Salim M.A., Global Operations Director of Lulu and others.
