Lulu opens new Hypermarket in Sharjah

Lulu Group further strengthened its presence in the Emirate of Sharjah with the grand opening of its world-class hypermarket at Sharjah Central, the newest retail destination located next to Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

Abdulla Sultan Al Owais, Chairman, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry inaugurated latest brand-new Lulu Hypermarket at Sharjah Central in the presence of Yusuff Ali MA, Chairman & Managing Director of Lulu Group along with Saifee Rupawala, CEO, Ashraf Ali MA, Executive Director and other senior officials.

Sharjah Central, a two-level retail and leisure destination owned and managed by Lulu Group’s Line Investment and Property offers an enriching shopping experience to the Sharjah community. Sharjah Central boasts more than 500,000 sq. feet GLA and offers a wide selection of shopping and casual dining restaurants in a food-street style of food court. With 110,000 sq. feet hypermarket now open and upcoming 11 – screens cinema, a 35,000 sq. feet family entertainment center and 2,200 parking spaces, the mall will soon become the preferred leisure destination in Sharjah.

Sharjah Central is strategically located to the north of Sharjah cricket stadium in an affluent residential area of Al Samnan surrounded by localities of AL Ghubaiba, AL Shahba, AL Khezamia, Al Tala’a, Mughaidir Suburb, Wasit Suburb and areas around Sharjah cultural square. The mall has a straight access from Sharjah University city and is in a proximity of Sharjah International Airport.

Categories in the new hypermarket include grocery, fresh food, meat and fish, bakery, dairy, pizza and snacks, hot food, roastery, and a delicatessen, fashion, health and beauty variety, household needs, garments, footwear, electronics, home appliances, and much more.
